Patna: A horrific road accident has taken place in Sasaram, Bihar. A speeding passenger bus overturned uncontrollably at Shivnagar police station in Rohtas district. In this accident, two people including a girl traveling in the bus died on the spot. At the same time, more than 12 passengers were injured in the accident. All the injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. The accident took place on Chausa Path in the Shivnagar police station area. The person injured in the accident has told that the uncontrollable bus overturned on the roadside.

This accident happened suddenly and by the time people could understand anything, the bus had overturned on the road 4 times. The bus was going from Karghar to Sasaram. As soon as the information about the accident of the passenger bus came, the people around reached the spot. Relief and rescue were started immediately. Later, the police team of the local police station also reached the spot. With the help of the villagers, all the injured were admitted to the Sadar Hospital, Sasaram. Two people, including a minor girl, died during treatment. The deceased have been identified as Radheshyam Singh, a resident of Simaria, and Doli Kumari, a resident of Garura village in Sivasagar.

After the death of two people, their relatives, and local people again reached the spot with the dead body and blocked the road. The help of JCB had to be taken to remove the damaged bus. After which the bus was pulled out of the pit. Then the traffic could start back. According to eyewitnesses, the accident happened due to over speeding of the bus. After going out of control, the bus fell into the pit after overturning several meters.
