Bhopal: Monsoon can knock in Madhya Pradesh from noon on Saturday. There is a possibility of heavy rains in Indore, Hoshangabad and Jabalpur divisions. In this regard, UM Sarwate, senior scientist of the meteorological department, said that even in Bhopal, it may rain again with strong winds by evening. Betul has recorded the highest 26.2 mm rainfall in the last 24 hours.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rains in Khandwa, Khargone and Betul, Indore by late evening. Apart from this, heavy rains may also occur in Jabalpur and Hoshangabad divisions. Apart from Pachmarhi and Bhopal, drizzle in Rewa, Sagar, Gwalior and Chambal divisions will also make the weather pleasant. In the last 24 hours, after Betul, Chhindwara has recorded 23.4 mm of rains, Seoni 23.3 mm, Ratlam and Mandla 19-19 mm.

There has been heavy rain in the state capital on Friday night. Bairagarh received 8.8 mm of rain, while the city saw 1.6 mm of water. The night's minimum temperature was 3 degrees Celsius lower than normal at 23.4 degrees, while the maximum temperature was 38.1 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in Bhopal once again with strong winds till evening. If we talk about the weather across the country, according to the meteorological department, the monsoon will reach Mumbai today. The monsoon has already knocked in many areas of Maharashtra.
