Actually, the police caught eight people while gambling and with them, the police also accused the donkey. However, it has now got bail from the court. According to the information received, eight people arrested in this case have also been granted bail. Actually, all these people were organizing illegal donkey races in a rural area of Pakistan. These people had bet on a challenge that the donkey can run three furlongs (600 meters) in 40 seconds. After this incident, the media became interested in the news of how the donkey was arrested and later granted bail. However, the police said that the donkey was kept in custody for just four days.

It has been learned that the use of donkeys to carry goods is common in rural areas of Pakistan. Also it is normal to place bets on the donkey race in these areas. The recent case took place in the rural areas of Rahim Yar Khan city. At the same time, before this illegal race could start, the police reached the spot and arrested all of them. Police seized a donkey cart, one lakh 21 thousand Pakistani rupees, a cloth which was used to deposit money and a stopwatch from the spot.
