Shimla: Himachal government is preparing to hand over the case of doctors serving in outside states by breaking bonds. Even after giving notice, the doctors are neither returning nor depositing the bond money in the government treasury. Where only four doctors have asked for the process of returning, while two and a half dozen doctors have not received any response from the government. However, these doctors are getting information about completing the formalities for depositing money by calling the health department branch.

According to sources, it has been learned that for a good package, these doctors are breaking bonds and providing services in external states and abroad. The government has sought records of such doctors from the health department. It is being told that the government has taken action against 15 doctors and dismissed them from their jobs while issuing recovery notices to them for depositing the money. There are 34 doctors who are providing services in external states.
