New Delhi: Due to the Corona epidemic in the country, the entire country was put on lockdown in March. September 1 means that the fourth phase of unlocking is starting in the country from today. The Union Home Ministry had issued a guideline regarding Unlock 4, under Unlock 4, it can be said that except for some institutions and sectors in the country, other things are coming back on track. Considerable relaxations have been given in this unlock of the fourth stage. But there will be strict rules for Containment Zones till 30 September.

What will not open in Unlock-4: -

There are no orders to open schools, colleges and other educational institutions even at this stage. There have been instructed to remain closed till 30 September for the time being. However, some concession has been given for the students of class IX to XII. In this phase, cinema halls, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters and other such places will remain closed and international air travel will be closed, except for the journey approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs. According to the guidelines, open-air theaters will be allowed to open from September 21.

- There is no restriction on interstate travel. There will be no restriction on the activities of people and goods between two states and within one state. No separate permission, approval, e-permit will be required for such activities.

- Metro trains will be allowed to operate in a phased manner from September 7. Sources have said that the SOP has already been given to run the metro trains and it will be discussed with the metro companies through video conference on September 1 by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs.

- At the same time, the number of people gathering in social places and programs has also been increased. Social, political, religious programs will be allowed from September 21 with a maximum limit of 100 people. This type of program would require wearing masks, following social distance, thermal scanning and hand washing or using a sanitizer.

- At the same time, permission has also been given to organize political programs. Let us know that Bihar assembly elections are proposed in October-November.
