What happens when you plant a seed, water it everyday, nurture it in every way watching it grow, observe the first sapling and then see a goat coming and snapping it away within a blink of time? It feels heart-wrenching, doesn't it? Imagine what it would feel like when we place our dreams in the place of that plant. A dream that you chase with intense passion, sweat day and night for that one thing, and the very moment you extend your hands to open the doors of your dream something unknown pulls you far and far away from it.
It is so hard to even imagine but unfortunately this does happen in real life with many people, with many dreamers, with many strugglers. Many among these dreamers give up and forget their dreams while others find another way out and do not let their dreams die. These kinds of people are called 'achievers'. Shahbaz Choudhry is one of the many achievers who didn't only bounce back with greater force but also laid out multiple productive dimensions on a world wide level. Thus, he proves to be an epitome of a 'tenacious dreamer' for those who let go of their dreams without a second thought.
Shahbaz's budding childhood was always brimmed with a passion for cricket. Starting from playing cricket in England through the county age group system for Middlesex and Northamptonshire Academy to standing amidst the most influential international cricketers and coaches today, Shahbaz has come a long way. His journey as mentioned in the above paragraph is filled with heart-wrenching moments. But the thing that makes the story of Shahbaz is his unwillingness to let go of his dreams.
Signing his first professional contract from Northamptonshire Academy in 2009 proved to be brutally fatal for him. His over ambitious nature compelled him to experiment in Fast Bowling more than needed which gradually led him to lose his potential to bowl. This, in turn, left him with nothing but getting deprived of his opportunity as a professional cricketer. With Fast Bowling being the first and true love of his life, Shahbaz got drowned in the depths of depression, in 2012, resulting in over eating and hating cricket.
The time had rolled on to 2017. This point of time was the deciding moment where his one decision could change his entire life. Instead of falling apart and blaming the situation, he listened to his conscience and held himself stronger for the upcoming challenges. He decided to get hold of the ball again, but this time not as a professional cricketer but just to revive that feeling of bowling and correcting his past mistakes. 'When one tries too hard to do something he forgets to enjoy the process.' Shahbaz learnt from his mistakes and stopped trying too hard. The moment he started enjoying and loving Fast Bowling again was the moment that he created his own luck and this time in his favor.
Shahbaz Choudhry, in 2018, created a revolutionary platform with the vision of preventing others from getting misguided in the early and later stages of their journeys. This platform was so productive and yielding that it captured the attention of some of the biggest names in the world of cricket, one such name is the international cricketer Tymal Mills who later became Shahbaz's business associate. From producing the most exclusive and timeless informative content to embedding the lessons from top cricketers across the world, Pace Journal has firmly marked its place in the most sought after cricket platforms ever known.
