Shocking revelation about death of French woman who went missing in HYD

Hyderabad: The body of a 68-year-old French woman who went missing in Hyderabad was seized from Himayatsagar. The woman went missing on September 9. Police said three criminals have been taken into custody in the case. Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shamshabad Zone, Cyberabad, N Prakash Reddy said Rajendra Nagar police was informed by the deceased woman's son-in-law Prashant about her mother-in-law's disappearance.

Deputy Commissioner of Police N Prakash Reddy said an FIR was registered immediately after the complaint and police traced the missing woman. The investigation revealed that the woman was killed on the night of September 8 and her body was thrown into the bushes of Himayatsagar. The deceased has been identified as Mary Christine, who came to India about 30 years ago and settled at Dargah Khaleej Khan in Rajendranagar.

Police said the criminals are being produced before the court for judicial remand. The deceased's adopted daughter Roma (24), her live-in partner Vikram Sriramula (25), and her friend Rahul Gautam (24) have been taken into custody. Cyberabad deputy commissioner of police N Prakash Reddy said the criminals had killed Christine to get her property. When the police registered a case and started an investigation, the family members suspected Mary Christine's adopted daughter Roma. When the police took Roma into custody and questioned her, she confessed to the crime.
