1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
2-3 dry red chilies
1 tsp garlic, chopped

How to make Punjabi Tadka Maggi- For this, heat oil in a pan and add onion, tomato, capsicum, peas and carrot. 2. Cook it till the vegetables become slightly soft. After this add Maggi masala and garam masala and a little salt and mix well. At the same time, when this masala is cooked, add 2 cups of water to it. After this boil the masala and water together and add Maggi noodles. Now cover the lid and let it cook for some time. Meanwhile, after the Maggi is almost cooked, heat another pan and add butter to it. Now when the butter is hot, add chopped garlic and dry red chilies to it. After this, once it starts crackling, add Kashmiri chili powder to it and after mixing everything well, remove from the flame. Take it off the flame after a while and pour this tempering on top. After mixing the tempering well, serve it to everyone.
