Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief and former PM Imran Khan on Wednesday hit out at the government, questioning what crime he committed, which opened the doors of the court late at night. Imran Khan said that the courts were opened at night, why? Have I broken any laws? At the rally, Imran Khan claimed that since coming to politics, he has never incited people against institutions.

The former PM also said that he had also gone to jail during the lawyers' agitation for the independent judiciary. Imran Khan also warned that when he was part of the government, he was not as dangerous, but now that he has been removed, he will become more dangerous to the opposition. "I will live and die for Pakistan.'' Referring to rallies in Pakistan on Sunday, Khan said, "Usually whenever a leader is removed from the post of PM, people accept it, but when I was removed, people protested and took to the streets.''

On April 9, a vote for the no-confidence motion was held in the Pakistan National Assembly. Earlier, the Islamabad High Court was opened late at night to hear a petition related to the no-confidence motion.
