New Delhi: With the increase in corona cases in India, the rate of recovery of patients is also increasing. According to the latest data published by the Union Health ministry, the number of people recovering from coronavirus in India on Saturday has crossed 7 million, i.e., 70 lakh. With this, the recovery rate in the country has gone up to 89.78%.

According to government data, so far 70, 16046 people have recovered from Corona in the country. In the last 24 hours, about 67,549 infected people have recovered from the epidemic, while about 53,370 new cases have been reported. Altogether, about 78, 14682 corona cases have been registered in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, 650 people have lost their lives in the virus. A total of 1, 17956 people have died in the country due to corona disease.

According to health ministry data, the number of active cases of total corona in the country is now 6, 80680. The decline in active cases is being considered an important milestone in India's ongoing war against corona. According to health ministry data, there are less than 20,000 active cases in 24 states and union territories of the country.
