The Indian Air Force, which started with a team of only 5 people, is today the fourth largest army in the world. Before independence, the Indian Air Force was known as the Royal Indian Air Force. The main task of the Indian Air Force is to protect India from airstrikes during the war and to carry out airstrikes on enemies.
