The issue of coaching institutes raised in the Rajasthan Assembly, government replied

Jaipur: Sanganer MLA Ashok Lahoti drew the attention of Education Minister Govind Singh Dotasara on the creation of a Zero Hour Coaching Regulatory Authority. On which Minister Govind Singh Dotasara said that the number of coaching institutes in the state is increasing steadily. He said, due to coaching institutes, the children of farmers coming from the village today are getting ready and reaching good positions.

There are also frequent reports of negligence on the part of coaching institutes. The advisory has been issued by the government. Coaching institutes do not put pressure on children. Circulars have been issued on behalf of the government in 2016, 2017, 2018. On July 12, 2019, the government has set up a 24-member committee to check the negligence of coaching institutes.

Ashok Lahoti, while questioning the supplementary, said that coaching institutes are putting double burden on the students. Students are not able to go to school because they are going to the coaching institute. You can check the attendance register from the institutes. On which Dotasara said the state government cannot close all coaching institutes. This will not enable the children of farmers to read. However, he said the government is working to crack down on complaints of overcharging.
