The latest controversy surrounding Kate Middleton involves yet another digitally manipulated photograph, as revealed by Getty Images upon review. This time, the image depicts Queen Elizabeth II alongside her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, taken by Kate herself at Balmoral in August 2022. The photo was shared on April 21, 2023, in honor of the late monarch's birthday.

Getty Images confirmed that the photo had been "digitally enhanced at source," according to a statement reported by The Telegraph. Upon closer examination, several inconsistencies were found, such as a black patch behind Prince George's shirt collar, a similar patch behind Prince Louis's ear, signs of digital repetition in Mia Tindall's hair, and a vertical line where the pattern of the Queen's skirt did not match.

This revelation follows a previous incident where a Mother's Day image shared by Kate was also flagged for digital manipulation. In that photo, Kate is seated with Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, and Prince George embracing her. The picture was shared by the Prince and Princess of Wales on social media, accompanied by a message from Kate thanking everyone for their support during her recovery from abdominal surgery.

The emergence of digitally altered images has sparked speculation and raised concerns about Kate Middleton's well-being, with some suggesting sinister motives behind the manipulations.
