Kochi: A very disgusting and shocking case has come to light from Kerala. Here a pregnant goat was raped by 3 men and then killed. Hosadurg police have said that the goat of the Elite Hotel in Kottachery was four months pregnant and was due to give birth next month. Hosadurg police have arrested Senthil, an employee of the hotel, in connection with the crime.
An official said, two others fled the spot. In fact, the staff had kept a goat and a pregnant goat behind the hotel. At around 1.30 pm on Wednesday (March 30, 2022), the hotel staff heard some noises from behind the hotel. When they reached there, they saw that three men were running away by scaling the wall, in the meantime they grabbed Senthil and two of his companions fled. After this, when he went to that place, he found the pregnant goat dead. Traces of sexual abuse were found on the goat's body. After which he informed the police. The Hosadurg police, who rushed to the spot, arrested Senthil. The hotel owner told the police that Senthil, a resident of Tamil Nadu, had come to him three-and-a-half months ago to seek a job.
According to the police, the accused have been charged with unnatural offences under relevant sections of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 377 of the IPC. According to the report, the police said that if the charges are proved, the convicts can be sentenced to life imprisonment or up to 10 years.
