Farmers' movement: Know how long farmers sit in name of protest

The ongoing agitation against the agricultural laws is going to continue till December. The Indian Farmers Union has spoken to the farmers about putting up tents at the picket keeping in mind both the summer and rainy seasons so that they do not face any kind of trouble in the coming seasons. According to the Bharatiya Kisan Union, the government has not yet invited the farmers to negotiate, which shows the intention of the government.

Rakesh Tikait, the national spokesperson of the Indian Farmers Union, has asked the farmers sitting on the dharna on the Ghazipur border to be prepared for the long-running agitation. He said that this movement is going to drag till November-December, so make the tents at the picket site according to the seasons. The National Spokesperson said that there will be no loss to the country in any way due to the movement, rather the loss will come from selling rail and removing the employees from jobs. In the midst of the movement, the farmers are engaged in work in the field, they will not let the people of the country go hungry. He said that transporter and shopkeepers are also going to be included to make the bandh a success on 26 March.

Reiterating the strategy of United Kisan Morcha said that on March 15, Kisan Corporate Protest Day is going to be celebrated. On March 17, a strategy will be chalked out with the trade unions to make India Bandh successful. On March 19, under the FCR and Kheti Bachao program, protests are going to be held in mandis across the country. On March 23, Shaheed Bhagat Singh will take charge of the Youth Farmers Movement on Martyrdom Day. India will be closed on 26 March and Holika Dahan will be protested by burning a copy of the new anti-farmer laws in Holika Dahan on 28 March and flowers will be played the next day.
