Patna: In view of Bihar assembly elections, all parties are gearing up for their preparations. Meanwhile, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav's eldest son Tej Pratap Yadav will be in the fray from Hasanpura assembly constituency in Samastipur district. Tej Pratap has also received a party ticket to enroll.

As per the information received from the sources, Tej Pratap can file his nomination from Hasanpura on 13th October. On the other hand, a RJD leader said that the Tejashwi Yadav can also file his nomination from Raghapur on October 14. In fact, the outgoing MLA of Mahua Assembly, Tej Pratap, talked about leaving the area a few days ago. In view of the Bihar assembly elections, Tej Pratap had said that he would contest the next election from Hasanpura seat in Mahua, a road shaw in Hasanpura.

Tej Pratap was elected MLA from Mahua in 2015, at that time RJD was aligned with Nitish Kumar's party. But this time, Tej Pratap has decided to contest from Hasanpura. In the alliance, the pulls of the seat are continuing. The RJD has made some changes in its seating candidates. The Congress has again given tickets to all its seating MLAs.
