It’s not always true everything you hear! In his interview with Australia’s TV Week he said “I am not engaged, no” so many things are happening around these days.

Reportedly couple went on holidays to vivify their romance, rumors had been coming from January and Miley spotted wearing 3.5 carat engagement ring which she accepted before their split in 2013.
