Tadepalli Rural: A couple of lovers on Tuesday committed suicide in the back of the Anantapadmanabhaswamy caves in Penumaka and Undavalli suburbs of Tadepalli mandal. The young man died and the young woman's condition was serious. The locals informed the Tadepalli police and both were medically tested in 108 ambulances. The young woman was found alive and immediately moved to the Vijayawada government hospital.

The deceased youth was identified as Prithvi (25) of Muppalapadu village of Hanumanpadu mandal in Kanigiri constituency of Prakasam district. Immediately, his father gopalreddy informed him. The young woman is known to be the daughter of a fruit merchant from Hyderabad. Prithvi went to work at a fruit shop in Hyderabad in January 2020. Since then, the fruit shop owner's daughter Faranani was brought to Guntur on February 1, 2021, police said. Both are believed to have committed suicide by drinking pesticides in cold drink.
