Betul: A sensational case of murder has come out from Betul in Madhya Pradesh. Where a young man has been crushed to death in a dispute over wages. This incident was revealed when the head crooked body was found lying in the sugarcane field. It is being told that the deceased was a sand trader and used to get sand filled with tractors from the village labourers. Late Sunday night, he called for labourers to pay them wages. He was ruthlessly murdered after a dispute involving just five hundred rupees. The police have taken the corpse to the hospital for post-mortem.

The case is of Khandara village, a fort under Ganj police station area. On Sunday night, three labourers Shyam, Shambhu and Vishnu, who used to fill the sand for the deceased Mohan Rajput, came to take their wages. Sand businessman Mohan gave wages of Rs. 150 to the three. But a labourer named Shyam was adamant about demanding five hundred rupees. Then the three workers started fighting with Mohan and during the assault, Mohan's head was attacked with a stone and murdered. A colleague of the deceased Mohan told that he was with Mohan during the night. During the dispute, the three workers beat Mohan with sugarcane. After that, when Mohan did not return overnight, then family called him but no one picked up the phone.

From morning till afternoon, when family members came to the Dhaba searching for Mohan, the people working in the nearby field told that the dead body of a young man was lying in the field. When it was seen, his head was crushed with a stone. As soon as information was received, SDOP Nitesh Patel and Ganj police station in-charge Jayant Marsakole reached the spot. The police questioned the operator of the Dhaba on the spot and also questioned the owner and the people working in the farm. The police has registered a case against the accused and started investigating.
