Mumbai: A mild tremor has been felt in Maharashtra today. In fact, an earthquake measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale struck Palghar in Maharashtra at 11.57 am this morning. This information was given by the National Centre for Seismology. No damage has been reported so far. Earlier on 20th June, there was a mild earthquake in Delhi at the same time, which had a magnitude of 2.1. The epicentre of the earthquake was at a depth of seven kilometres in Punjabi bagh area.

The same earthquake occurred at 12.20 pm. The best part has been that there was no loss of life or property here also. There were low-intensity earthquakes in and around NCT of Delhi from April to August 2020 with centres in North-East Delhi, Rohtak, Sonepat, Baghpat, Faridabad and Alwar. On the other hand, according to reports, tremors were felt in Islamabad, Pakistan, last Wednesday morning.

In fact, according to information received from the National Centre of Seismology, tremors were felt around 6.39 am. The intensity was measured at 4.5 on the Richter scale. You must be aware that mild tremors were also felt in Arunachal Pradesh last Tuesday night. Its intensity was measured at 4.6 on the same Richter scale. Moreover, when it comes to the National Centre for Seismology, the earthquake occurred at 10.14 pm. However, there was no report of loss of life and property.
