Mumbai: Minister and Congress leader in Maharashtra's Uddhav government Nitin Raut has recently said, "The third wave of the corona has arrived in our state and restrictions need to be imposed soon.'' In fact, in a statement last Monday, he said, "Today, after a long time, we have again come back to twice as many positive cases of the corona. The corona is spreading again in the state and a disaster management meeting will be held soon in this regard. It has been decided to impose some restrictions but will take a final decision after discussing it with the representatives of the people.''

At the same time, he also said, "Maharashtra is standing at the orifice of the third wave of the corona. He has also called for a lockdown in Nagpur.'' In fact, he said, "The decision to impose a lockdown will be taken in the next 3-4 days.'' Let me tell all of you that Minister Nitin Raut has said that he will look into how many cases of new corona-infected patients are coming up in three to four days. You all must be aware that at present, the situation in Nagpur is going to raise concerns.

In fact, Maharashtra has reported 3,626 new covid-19 cases last Monday, the lowest number since February 15. As per the information received, 37 corona virus-infected persons have died in the State during the last 24 hours. A health department official said that 64,89,800 people have been confirmed infected in the state so far, including last Monday's cases, out of which 1,37,811 patients have died.
