Amidst the havoc in Corona, the Kerala State Human Rights Commission has registered a case in connection with an incident where a man was forced to take his 65-year-old ailing father on foot. The man was taking his ailing father in an autorickshaw, but the police stopped them citing lockdown.
For your information, let us tell you that in such a situation, the sick father had to be carried in his lap . The video of this police action has also gone viral on social media. During the lockdown across the country, many such scenes are being seen, which cause tears to come out of the eyes.
65-year-old sick person native of Kulathupuzha was admitted to Punalur Taluk Hospital. He was discharged from the hospital on Wednesday. In such a situation, he was being taken back home in an autorickshaw by the son. But on the way the policemen were sitting barricading, who stopped the autorickshaw. The son of the ailing man also showed police documents to the policemen and requested that they be allowed to go into autorickshaw. But the policemen did not agree and said that autorickshaw could not go ahead due to the lockdown.
