This case has come up recently from Telangana, where a woman has alleged that her husband has divorced her just because she did not give birth to the boy. According to the information received, the woman has also alleged that "Her husband has also married another woman."

As per the information received, the police have filed the case on the complaint of the woman and have also started investigating the case.
