Man threatened to blow collector offices in mail, arrested

Nanded: A unique case has come to light recently. Mails have been sent to government office in connection with the bomb blast in the case. Under the information received, the mail stated, "Give 10 crore rupees, otherwise I will bomb the District Collector's Office, Superintendent of Police Office, Zilla Parishad, District Surgeon's Office and other Government offices in Nanded'. However, the accused is arrested by the local crime branch police on Sunday (May 23rd). According to more information received in the case, a case has been registered against the accused at Wazirabad police station.

In fact, there was a threat that many Government offices were set to be exploded. A list of all offices was also added to the threat. The mail came on the e-mail ID of the district collector's office at around 5 pm on May 8. The mail read, "Rs.10 crores will blow up two otherwise important offices including the District Collector's Office, Superintendent of Police Office and the entire City of Nanded. The accused who sent the same mail is said to be Sheikh Abdul Rafiq Abdul Ruuf. According to reports, Abdul Rauf, a businessman by profession, is 35 years old and hails from Agapura area of Ardhapur in Nanded district.

According to reports, the accused has been arrested last Sunday. On the other hand, Sub Inspector of Police Ashish Borate and a team of local crime branch said that a lot of efforts have been made to arrest the accused and a case was registered against the accused at Wazirabad police station.
