You don't need to sit in front of your laptop the whole day to be a successful digital entrepreneur and Manuel Di Geronimo has proved it. Manuel based in Italy is an athlete of Spartan Race and at the same time is a successful online coach and social media manager.

Talking about how he managed to create a balance between two completely different worlds, Manuel says, "It's a myth that participating in sports wastes your time. It actually makes you active and therefore you are able to perform better. I am participating in Spartan Races since 2012 and I train regularly for it. This has helped me stay fit and because of that, I am able to manage my time in a better way. I plan my day prior and complete the tasks accordingly. This helps me do everything I want to do in an efficient way."

Manuel, 33, shares that he came to know about the spartan race through a newspaper and was instantly fascinated by it. It was in Rome that he first participated in the race and fell in love with it. Interestingly, he has participated in more than 110 spartan races including 3 times in the European championship.

Earlier in 2015, Manuel talked about his most extreme race with High Achiever Diet and said, "During one of the night races we got caught out in the woods and had to literally survive a storm without any lights, with no shelter and no warm equipment. The harder it got I found myself wanting to persevere even more. After that experience I was hooked and now I can’t stop travelling and competing in various obstacle races around Europe."

But Manuel Di Geronimo is not just an athlete and social media manager. He is a degree holder in Osteopathy as well. Talking about his professional experience so far, Manuel says, "It has been a wild ride and I've enjoyed every bit of it. Participating in the spartan races and continuously training for them has helped me be at the top of my fitness game. I am also a social media manager and an online coach. Helping people understand the digital world and get the most out of it gives me the satisfaction of another level. So, yes life has been very kind and I am enjoying every bit of it."
