New Delhi: Some states have made changes in labor laws once again with the aim of bringing economies back on track and inviting new investors to their state. In such a situation, trade unions are against these changes. Yes and in the same sequence, the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh has also decided to organize a nationwide movement. On the other hand, the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, submitted a memorandum to the President through the ADC opposing the decision of other states to repeal the labor laws for three-four years.

In such a situation, the memorandum was submitted by the State Office Minister of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Vice President of All India Textile Industry Employees Federation, Raj Narayan Yadav, District Minister Chandresh Mishra, District Vice President Bhushan Kumar Yadav. In fact, Raj Narayan Yadav said that 'in most states in the country, the private institution labor laws are already being ignored.' Let us tell you that if the labor law is repealed by the state governments, it will not work for the laborers from any jungle state.

At the same time, he said that there will be a national-wide movement on behalf of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh against increasing the duty from the said states to 12 hours from 8 hours and repealing the labor law. It has been started from May 20. He said, "No injustice will be tolerated against the workers." He further demanded that if the injustice done to the workers and the law is not withdrawn, the struggle will be intensified.
