Ballia: In Bilthara road area a 10-year-old mentally challenged girl was raped by her teenaged neighbour as per stated by police.
The police as per the sources news said 'The incident took place on Monday when the girl had gone to the fields and her neighbour, a 16-year-old youth, raped her'
After the incident, the Victim father registered the FIR in the police station following which the accused was then arrested.
