The Bombay High Court has heard the petition of Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut on Friday. Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has suffered a major setback due to this hearing. Mumbai Mayor Kishori Pednekar has now reacted to this matter. Se recently said that, 'Shiv Sena-ruled BMC will study the High Court verdict before deciding any further steps in the demolition case in Kangana Ranaut's bungalow'.

Not only this, she has also used objectionable language for Kangana during this time. She said, 'Everyone is surprised that an actress who lives in Himachal, comes here & calls our Mumbai PoK... such 'do takke ke log' want to make Courts arena for political rivalry, it's wrong. She also said that, 'The orders given by the High Court in the past regarding section 354A of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act will also be looked into. Section 354A empowers the municipal body and its officials to stop any illegal construction. '
She further stated that, '354A notice was issued to the actress under the MMA Act and due process was followed. The 354A notice was issued not only to the actress but also to many others. Many people challenged it in court. We have not yet received a copy of the verdict, but I will talk to the legal department and the corporation commissioner on this issue and assess the court order. ' By the way, do you remember, when the verdict was given yesterday, Kangana had also posted a post and called herself a hero.
