A month ago, three Naxalites who damaged vehicles by setting fire to the NMDC new screen plant in Kirandul in Chhattisgarh have been arrested. Among them, a Naxalite has a prize of one lakh rupees. Apart from arson, it is being said that he is involved in other Naxalite incidents.

According to the information received by the Dantewada district police informer about this campaign, there are Naxalites in the forest of Madameiras and Kutrem of Kirandul police station area. After this, the team of DRG (District Reserve Guard) along with the Thana force was sent towards Cholnar, Madamkiras, Kutrem, Hiroli and Samlwar. During this time some suspicious people in the forest of Kutrem-Mdakmiras started fleeing after seeing the soldiers, who were sieged and captured. One of these Janmillisiyya members and two Naxalite Village Committee presidents came out during interrogation by bringing Kirandul. Naxalites arrested are Hidma alias Savarkar son Lakkho Markam (28), Kamlesh alias Motu son Dula Markam (26). Both Naxalites are the village committee president, while the third Naxalite is Janmilisiya member Hirma alias Bachu son Hurra Markam (27).

For your information, let us tell you that two kg weight IED has been recovered from Hidma. They told the police that they have been making arrangements for food and meeting with Reiki for the Naxalites for a long time. Also told that on November 24, vehicles installed in the new screen plant of Kirandul police station area were damaged by setting fire. Superintendent of Police Dr. Abhishek Pallava has confirmed the arrest of the Naxalites.
