Raipur: A Maggi Point restaurant operator was murdered in Chhattisgarh's capital Raipur on Tuesday night. Subsequently, the police started investigating the case. During the investigation, the police found that the killers were two employees of the businessman. The police nabbed the two killers within half an hour. Police said 45-year-old Ajay Goswami ran a restaurant called Maharaja Maggi Point. Sagar Singh Saiyam, a resident of Madhya Pradesh, and Chinmay Sahu, a resident of Odisha, were working here. For the last few days, Ajay Goswami was having a fight with these two employees over money.
 
When the police questioned the two employees, they said, "Ajay Goswami was not paying salary for the last several months. There was often a dispute about salary. Even on the occasion of Diwali, neither money nor leave was given. On the second day of Diwali, Ajay asked to work, then both the employees said that today is a holiday. Won't work today."

The criminals further said, "On hearing this, Ajay started beating both of them with a stick. Then, we both beat restaurant owner Ajay Goswami to death with an iron rod.'' After the murder, both criminals fled from the spot. Police launched a cordon and search operation after the incident was reported. Police were deployed at the railway station, and Bhata village bus stand. Seeing the opportunity, both criminals wanted to flee to their respective villages. But, the police arrested the two criminals from near the Bhata village bus stand. The police have registered a case under Section 302 of the IPC and are preparing to send them to jail. Mana police station in-charge Vedwati Dario said, "Police reached the spot and found Ajay Goswami lying unconscious in his shop. Thereafter, he was sent to the hospital. The doctors there declared him dead. After that, we prepared our team and nabbed the criminals from the Bhata village bus stand."
