Ranchi: Now no guarantor will be required for loans up to 1 lakh in Jharkhand. CM Hemant Soren announced this on Monday. He was reviewing the functions of the Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities, Backward Classes and Welfare Departments. The CM directed to ensure that the benefits of the welfare schemes of the government are easily accessible to the beneficiaries. For this, the paper process was also asked to be simplified. He said that if guarantors are required in other schemes including CM Employment Generation Scheme, then make such people guarantors who are of his identity.

CM said that CM Employment Generation Scheme is one of the most ambitious schemes of the government. The special attention of the government is to ensure that people can easily get loans for this scheme. Now for loans up to Rs 1 lakh, the beneficiaries will not have to give any guarantee. Chief Minister Hemant Soren directed to prepare an action plan for the construction of a big and well-equipped hostel at the divisional level. In such a situation, instructions were also given to identify minimum 5 acres of land for the hostel. Apart from this, the maximum age limit of the beneficiaries applying under the CM Employment Generation Scheme has been increased to 50 years.

The same CM Hemant Soren directed to pay the pre-matric scholarship to the school children of Jharkhand from the month of November. For the first time in the state, the amount of pre-matric scholarship has been increased. Now this amount has increased to 15 hundred rupees, 2500 and Rs 4000. For giving a scholarship, it will not be mandatory for the child to have a savings account in the bank and link with Aadhar. If the child does not have an account, the scholarship amount has to be sent to the bank account of his parents. For this, at the time of enrollment of the child, the bank account information of his parents should be taken. CM Hemant Soren has directed to make a website for the students. Information related to education will be made available to the students on this website and through this website, arrangements will be made for online redressal of the grievances of the students. Under the CM Health Assistance Scheme, the power has now been given at the district level to sanction assistance of up to Rs 25,000 instead of Rs 10,000. Tagged the plans of the orphan children with the adoptive family, so that such children could get a society.
