In a shocking incident,  surfaced from Kottayam in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, the police have arrested the madrassa teacher for allegedly sexually assaulting the children and have been detained. According to the sources, a 63-year-old molavi identified as Joseph is a resident of Aluva. According to the reports, the police said that the accused used to work in a local mosque in Kottayam district. At the same time, the accused was teaching in the mosque in Thaliyalampurnu for the last two years, where he had sexually exploited many students for many years.

In this case, the police have arrested the accused and taken into custody and further investigations are on. According to the reports, the accused had given assurance to the family of the students. Not only that, but he also persuaded the mosque officers to make a private room. He made this room by saying that he had difficulty in teaching outside.

In this case, the accused abused the victims in that room and the police filed an FIR against the accused and arrested him and started investigations. This matter cannot be called the first case because earlier this year, a case of misbehaving with the boy in Jammu and Kashmir came to light.
