Ahmedabad: PM Narendra Modi, who arrived on Gujarat tour, did a road show in Gandhinagar on Saturday. This was his second roadshow in the state in the last two days. According to officials, Modi's road show in Gandhinagar started from Dehgam town and ended at the National Defense University (RRU) in Lavad village, where PM Modi greeted a large number of people standing on both sides of the road.

According to officials, for the roadshow, PM Modi got out of a car from Raj Bhavan here and then boarded an open jeep after reaching Dehgam. He told that Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel was also present with PM Modi in the jeep. Officials said that a crowd of people gathered to greet PM Modi on the 12 km long route of the road show and they showered flowers and garlands on Modi. According to officials, the roadshow ended when PM Modi's convoy reached RRU.

Let us tell you that this was PM Modi's second roadshow in Gujarat for the second consecutive day. On Friday, he did a road show from Ahmedabad airport to 'Kamalam', the Bharatiya Janata Party's headquarters in Gandhinagar. Both the road shows are being linked to the Gujarat assembly elections proposed by PM Modi in December. PM Modi, who arrived in Gujarat on a two-day visit on Friday, will address the first convocation of RRU on Saturday afternoon. In the evening, he will also inaugurate 'Khel Mahakumbh'.
