Ahmedabad: The buzz over the Gujarat Assembly elections is at its peak. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a public meeting at Palanpur in the Banaskantha district of Gujarat on Thursday (November 24). During this, PM Modi said that this election is not for who will become an MLA and whose government will be formed. This election is about determining the future of Gujarat for the next 25 years. PM Modi further said that he is trying to put Gujarat in the category of developed states.

PM Modi further said that now the time has come to take a long leap. I need your support to form a strong government. You people don't need to tell me your problems because I grew up here and understand the issues very well. I urge all of you to ensure BJP's victory in all the seats in the Banaskantha district. He said the Gujarat government has focused on tourism, environment, water, and cattle rearing as well as nutrition-related aspects for the overall development of Banaskantha and surrounding areas. PM Modi said that, in a very short time, we managed to overcome the crisis related to water and electricity shortages. Today's youth in the age group of 20 to 25 years will not know how bad the situation was here a few decades ago.

Today is the second day of PM Modi's visit to Gujarat. PM Modi is holding a series of rallies for the BJP's return to the state. Voting for the 182-member Gujarat Assembly will be held in two phases. The first phase of polling will be held on December 1 and the second phase on December 5 and on the lines of this, Banaskantha district will go to polls in the second phase on December 5.
