Guwahati, Police arrested 4 militants of Kamtapur Liberation Organisation (KLO), including an area commander and a deputy area commander. A cache of arms and ammunitions recovered from militants by a joint team of army and Assam Police in Kokrajhar district.

Militants identified as Mridul Roy alias Surjakoch, and the deputy, Dhananjay Roy alias Dhorkha, were area commander of Kokrajhar.

The other two militants have been identified as Kanak Roy and Konu Jeet Roy.

According to a Defence release team also seized four pistols, three hand grenades, few rounds ammunitions, some documents and extortion notices.
