Prince Harry calls Meghan his 'Soulmate' in his UN Speech

Your lover just can not be forgotten, Prince Harry while giving a speech addressing the assembly on Nelson Mandela Day, did not forget his wife, he yet again declared his love to the public by giving her a shoutout in his speech this Monday. The Duke of Sussex in his speech spoke about his passion for Africa and how he fell in love with it on his first visit to the region at the age of 13. He also said how the land brought him close to the two most precious women in his life, Meghan Markle, and the late Princess Diana. 

The couple has travelled to Africa many times, even earlier in their relationship the two visited Botswana in 2016 together, he talked about Bostwana and how the two spent 5 days there and how he convinced Meghan to camp under the stars. Harry in his speech said, "For most of my life, it has been my lifeline, a place where I found peace and healing time and time again." He continued, "It's where I felt closest to my mother and sought solace after she died, and where I knew I had found a soulmate in my wife." 

Harry has formerly called Africa his second home and also had official and personal trips to the country. He also said that after his engagement to Meghan, "So then we were really by ourselves, which was crucial to me to make sure that we had a chance to know each other." He also recalled a picture of Mandela and Princess Diana from 1997 which he stated is "on my wall and in my heart every day," per People.

Additionally, Harry also chose a diamond from Botswana as the centrepiece for Meghan’s engagement ring.
