Dehradun: Punjab CM Charanjit Singh Channi reached Haridwar at 6 am on Monday. Channi came with an acquaintance and returned a quarter of an hour later. Even the Congressmen did not notice it. CM Channi was not given protocol by the police and administration as the code of conduct came into force. As a result, no one could get the news of CM Charanjit Singh Channi coming to Haridwar.

According to the same reports, a convoy of CM Charanjit Singh Channi's vehicle reached Harki Padi at 6 am. Vehicles were parked near the police post.
