Aurangabad: MNS chief Raj Thackeray has received permission to hold a meeting in Aurangabad on May 1. However, they have been given the approval of the House with 16 conditions. The police have made it clear that all those attending the gathering will have to ensure that no objectionable or soul-threatening remarks are made.  

These conditions were placed before Raj Thackeray:-
1- Public meeting on 01-05-2022 from 5:30 pm to 09 pm. It should be by 45 o'clock. There should be no change in the venue and the time.  
2- People coming to the meeting will have to follow discipline. It has to be ensured that no objectionable or damaging comments are made at the meeting or while coming.  
3- All the trains coming to the meeting should be instructed to travel in the manner prescribed by the police and not to change routes. Trains will have to run at a fixed speed within cities. Parking has to be done at the designated place. Organizers should not hold any rallies on the way to and from the venue.  
4- Do not bring or display any weapons, swords, explosives on account of the House or violate the provisions of the Arms Act.
5- It will be the responsibility of the organizers to inform the people attending the meeting about these rules.  
6-  Volunteers should be appointed at this function. Their names, phone numbers as well as the number of vehicles of those invited from outside Aurangabad city, their way to and from, the possible number of persons coming should be given to the police inspector in City Chowk.  
The seating arrangement of the venue is a maximum of 15000, so not more than 15000 people should be invited there.  
8- To maintain arrangements in the meeting, the police put up strong barricades at the designated places. The police have the right to conduct a proper investigation for the safety of every citizen attending the meeting.  
9- In the wake of the meeting, no person or community should be insulted in any way on the basis of caste, language, region, place of birth, religion, etc. or the customs followed by them.  
10- Follow the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and noise pollution rules in respect of loudspeakers used in the meeting on the evening of 1st May (06). 00 to 22. Up to 00 p.m.) the sound limit should be the same as above
11- Due to the ceremony, necessary facilities such as bus service, ambulance, hospital, medical, power supply, water supply, and diversion should be taken care not to be disrupted.  
12- The Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 has been issued by this office for traffic rules on the day of the meeting. The notification under Section 36 shall be binding on all convenors and citizens attending the meeting.  
13- Separate seating arrangements, drinking water and separate toilets should be provided for the men and women who attend the meeting.
14- The power arrangements, barricades, pavilions, and loudspeakers used for the meeting should be made in good condition and in case of any fault in the power system, an alternative power system (generator) should be arranged in advance.
15- It should be kept in mind that if food is distributed due to the program, then no one should have any problem.  
16- In case of violation of the above terms and conditions imposed on you for the smooth conduct of this event, all the organizers and speakers of the event shall be treated in accordance with the existing rules. It should be noted that this will be used as evidence in a court of law.
