Jaipur: Rajasthan High Court has given its verdict in the private school fees case. The bench of Chief Justice Indrajit Mahanti has decided that schools will be able to take their fees as per the recommendations of the government on October 28. The more the syllabus is, the more you will be able to recover the same percentage of the tuition fee. The syllabus has been reduced due to corona.

The Rajasthan government had constituted a committee on the instructions of the Jaipur High Court. That committee submitted its recommendations on 28 October. In the recommendations of the committee, it was said that schools which are studying online can take 70% of tuition fees as fees. After the opening of the schools, the course will be decided by the concerned board, according to which the schools can charge fees, but the private schools and parents refused to convince these recommendations of the state government. After this, the case moved to the High Court which has given its verdict today.

During the hearing in the Rajasthan High Court, on behalf of the parent association it was said that the state government should bear the fees in view of the Corona crisis, while a guardian said that even after the school opens, the school operators should be charged only 30% of the tuition fees. needed.
