Shatrughan Sinha, an actor-turned-politician, posted a lengthy birthday message for his daughter Sonakshi Sinha on Twitter. He expresses his pride in her accomplishments and gives a special nod to her brand-new web series, Dahaad.
He wrote Sonakshi birthday wishes on her 36th birthday "How beautiful times have gone by. On this great and auspicious day loads of love for the apple of our eye, for another wonderful year of fun, entertainment and great achievements. We are all so very proud of your strength & everything you have accomplished, especially the milestone you have created with 'Dahaad' which is the talk of the town today and one of the most wonderful films, which adds another feather to your body of work, recently released on amazing Prime Video. On the occasion, he also posted various photos of himself and Sonakshi, both old and new. Shatrughan also tweeted images of her mother Poonam Sinha and her identical brothers Luv and Kush Sinha. Additionally, there are some amusing images of Sonakshi and Shatrughan.
Sonakshi had previously revealed what she has planned for her birthday this year. "For the last 5-6 years I have been travelling on my birthday... I like to take a break and like to spend time with a few close friends of mine. I have been following this ritual for the past several years. I am currently in the middle of a shoot...so this birthday I can go only close by. I might go to Alibaug or Lonavala. However, I have not decided yet."
Sonakshi made her OTT debut with the Dahaad series on Amazon Prime last month. She portrays a lower caste cop in the program. Vijay Varma, Gulshan Devaiah, and Sohum Shah also had prominent roles in the eighth episode. Reema Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi are the directors.
