Lucknow: Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Irfan Solanki, who has been absconding for 31 days, has surrendered today. When SP MLA Irfan arrived at the police commissioner's residence to surrender, he was accompanied by his brother Rizwan. MLA Irfan Solanki and his brother are accused of setting ablaze the house of their neighboring woman. The two have been having a dispute over the plot for many years.

According to the report, the police have given information in this regard and said that 4-time SP MLA Irfan Solanki and his brother Rizwan were absconding from Sisamau. An FIR was registered against the duo under serious sections at Jajmau police station over the burning of a neighboring woman's house. Police teams were conducting raids in four states in search of Samajwadi Party (SP) MLA Irfan.

The police officer further said that after getting a non-bailable warrant from the court against SP MLA Irfan, the action of Section 82 was also approved. Under this, along with pasting a notice before attachment at the house of the accused, munadi was also being done. But now that SP MLA Irfan has surrendered, the action will change.
