Supreme Court grants permission to conduct NEET-JEE exam, petition of 6 states dismissed

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has once again approved the JEE Main to be held from September 1 to September 6 and the NEET examination to be held on September 13. It has become clear from this that now JEE Main and NEET examinations will be conducted in the entire country on their own scheduled schedule. The apex court has today dismissed the review petition of six cabinet ministers from six states. A petition for reconsideration of examinations was filed against the order of August 17 of the apex court, which has been rejected by the apex court.

A three-judge bench deliberated on the JEE Main and NEET exam in the chamber. After consideration by a bench of Judge Ashok Bhushan, Judge BR Gavai and Judge Krishna Murari, the six cabinet ministers of the six states turned down the plea to reconsider the JEE Main and NEET examinations. Let us tell you that the bench that gave the judgment on August 17 was headed by Justice Arun Mishra, who has retired. He has been replaced by Justice Ashok Bhushan.

Actually, a petition was filed in the apex court to reconsider the JEE and NEET exam. The petition, filed through advocate Sunil Fernandes, said that the apex court's August 17 order failed to secure the safety and right to life of students / candidates appearing for NEET and JEE examinations. There was a demand for cancellation of examinations on this pattern, which has been rejected.
