New Delhi: Hearing the petition seeking procession in Muharram today, the country's highest court said that if we allow this procession to be taken out, then chaos will spread and then a community specific will be targeted in the name of spreading corona which That top court will never want to. The apex court said that it would not give any order which would endanger the health of the people.

Significantly, the Shia religion guru Kalbe Jawad had filed a petition in the Supreme Court to take out the Muharram procession. The apex court said that it cannot give any order to be effective on the entire country. The petitioner in his petition had requested the court that we should at least be allowed to procession in Lucknow. On this, the Supreme Court has asked him to go to Allahabad High Court.

Let us tell you that this time the infection of corona is spreading very fast and at this time the conditions of corona are continuously worsening. The court has also argued the same reason behind the dismissal of the petition that at this time no such program can be ordered, which spread the infection and later the particular community should be held responsible.
