New Delhi: The Supreme Court has sent a notice to the Central Government on the demand for linking social networking websites Facebook and WhatsApp with Aadhaar. The Supreme Court has issued a notice to the government seeking an answer as to whether the central government is preparing any guidelines to regulate social media. Only after getting the answer from the government, the court will decide whether the cases going on in various high courts should be transferred to the Supreme Court.
