Tata Digital unveils super-app 'Tata Neu'

NEW DELHI: Tata Digital on Thursday introduced Tata Neu, a super-app that offers a range of products and services, as well as a rewards experience, all on one platform.

Tata Digital's first offering focuses on grocery, fashion, electronics, travel and hospitality, health and fitness, entertainment, and financial services. "In the consumer context, the Tata Group is focused on changing businesses for the digital era and integrating them together into a unified platform that offers an omnichannel experience," stated N. Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Tata Sons.

We want to make the life of Indian consumers easier with Tata Neu. "At the heart of Tata Neu will be the power of choice, a seamless experience, and loyalty, offering a powerful 'One Tata' experience to Indian consumers," he added.

According to Pratik Pal, CEO of Tata Digital, the app has 120 million users, 2,500 offline stores, and an app presence of 80 million across the group's digital assets. "We have over a dozen category-leading consumer brands in electronics, fashion, travel, hotel, groceries, pharmacy, and financial services," says the company. Pal stated, "We feel that with Tata Neu, we will be able to establish a tremendously distinctive consumer platform."

AirAsia India, bigbasket, Croma, IHCL, Qmin, Starbucks, Tata 1mg, Tata CLiQ, Tata Play, and Westside are among the brands that call Tata Neu home.
