"Technology is a good servant and a bad master"

The quote above said the whole story in its self. The modern world is getting into the advance world, the worlds where everything is just one finger distance, you just have to scroll your fingers and your 80% of work will automatically will done online, and in this super advance world unfortunately we are being depended to it, and the funny part is many times we don’t even know that. Meanwhile, the question arose, Are we running the technology or the technology runs us?

When you think of the word technology, what comes to mind? It might sounds like something that has to run on electricity. Technology is the use of scientific knowledge for practical purposes or applications, whether in industry or in our everyday lives.

So, basically, whenever we use our scientific knowledge to achieve some specific purpose, we're using technology. Well, there is slightly more to it than that. Technology usually involves a specific piece of equipment, but that equipment can be incredibly simple or dazzlingly complex. It can be anything from the discovery of the wheel, all the way up to computers and MP3 players.

This is a list of currently emerging technologies, which contains some of the most prominent ongoing developments, advances, and innovations in various fields of modern technology. Emerging technologies are those technical innovations which represent progressive developments within a field for competitive advantage.

As there are so many advantages from highly developed technology, there also is a great deal of disadvantages from them. One disadvantage is that as technology develops, robots and machines will take over many jobs and people will loose their jobs by contrast.

As people loose their jobs, they will have hard time getting money which would make it hard for them to continue to meet living expenses. Moreover, as people use less money the economy would be difficult to control and especially if it is a country as large as the United States, the problem will influence the world greatly.

Even as there are as many advantages ad disadvantages of technology, I personally wish a more advanced world with great technologies but at the same time using your own brain and being completely independent is much more fun.
