Chandigarh: The Punjab police has arrested Khalistan supporter preparing to carry out a major terror case in Punjab. Police have detained Khalistan porters from Tarantaran in the case. The police have also seized several mobile phones and Internet dongal with modern tools from near the culprits. In the initial investigation, it was revealed that there were links of terrorists with five accused including a KZF operator in the Amritsar jail.

DGP Dintax Gupta said that the Pakistan-backed module had a strategy to disrupt peace and harmony in the state by initiating a terror war. Gupta said that after receiving some important information, the Punjab police had launched a campaign for full investigation of all the persons entering the state from different parts of the country, which took custody of Harjit Singh Urf Raju and Shamsher Singh Urf start from Mianpur village in Tarantaran city.
