Gwalior: A fake case of a clerk of the District and Sessions Court has come to light. In which earlier he used to issue orders for release from jail on fake documents in small cases. Then he also issued an order of release in cases of some big sections and started grabbing the fine. At the same time, this clerk has been arrested by the police on Monday night by way of Shivpuri-Guna. He is currently being questioned. So far, a case of embezzlement of Rs 1.21 lakh has come up on the clerk. He is being questioned. This matter will be presented in court on Wednesday i.e. Wednesday.

The accused Rammo alias Ramveer was arrested and sent to jail on 25 May 2019. From his arrest till 14 June 2019, the case was not presented before the Presiding Officer.
