Indore: In the city of Indore in Madhya Pradesh, a woman named Sana Khan, who worked as an event manager, has been arrested by the police for allegedly pressuring law students to convert to Islam and enticing Hindu girls into marrying Muslim men. She also faces charges under the Madhya Pradesh Religious Freedom Act and intimidation.

The arrest came following a complaint from a law student who accused Sana Khan of trying to coerce her into converting to Islam. The complainant, originally from Talod village in Dewas district, alleged that the accused had been pressuring her and her friend to change their religion. Sana Khan reportedly offered various inducements, including the promise of marrying them to wealthy Muslim men, in exchange for conversion. The accused claimed that they would receive a significant sum of money, which would be beneficial for their children's education.

The police, upon receiving the complaint, traced Sana Khan's location and apprehended her. It was revealed that the accused is married to a man named Salim Khan, who is considered the complainant's uncle. Sana Khan had obtained information about the victim through her husband and subsequently began to threaten her.

Sana Khan's modus operandi involved gathering information about her potential targets, primarily law students, and then initiating contact with them. She would engage in normal conversations at first, gradually transitioning to convincing them to convert to Islam by offering various incentives and inducements. She also lured them with promises of marriages to affluent Muslim men.

During initial interrogations, Sana Khan attempted to mislead the police but later confessed to her actions. Authorities have discovered that the accused had connections with over 40 girls in Indore. The police are now compiling the information they have gathered and suspect that Sana Khan may have used similar tactics to target other girls.
