Lucknow: The Yogi government has taken major action in the case of rape of a rape victim inside the police station in Lalitpur, Uttar Pradesh. ADG Kanpur Zone has attached the line to all the police personnel of Pali police station. Along with this the accused inspector has been suspended. A report has been called from DIG Range Jhansi on the entire matter in 24 hours.
In this case 29 policemen including 6 ASI, 6 head constable, 10 constable, 5 female constable, one driver and one follower have been attached. Strict legal action will be taken against the policemen after the report comes out. In fact, 6 people, including the Pali police station in-charge of the district, have been accused of gang-raping a 13-year-old minor girl. In the case, on the complaint of Child Line, the Superintendent of Police, showing seriousness, lodged a case against 6 people including Pali station in-charge Tilak Dhari Saroj.
The Pali police station in-charge was suspended after registering a case against all the accused under relevant sections including gang rape of a minor, POCSO Act, SC / ST Act. According to SP Nikhil Pathak, a 13-year-old girl living under Pali police station area was lured to Bhopal by four boys living in her own village on April 22, where she was gang-raped for three days.
SP Nikhil Pathak told that, three days later, after taking the minor girl to the Pali police station, the four accused had escaped after handing her over to the station in-charge, after which the police station in-charge Pali sent the minor victim along with her aunt to the child line, two Days later he was called to the police station, where the Pali station in-charge raped the minor girl by taking her to a room on the pretext of taking a statement. According to SP Nikhil Pathak, the minor girl was sent to the child line along with her aunt, where the girl gave information about the whole incident that happened to her during the counseling, on which 6 people including the Pali police station incharge after the complaint of the child line. An accused was arrested by registering a case against him.
